As Design Lead for this project, I designed a comprehensive profile feature serving both candidates and HR reviewers that highlights skills beyond traditional resumes.

I identified opportunities to optimize user flow between candidate submission and HR evaluation experiences. Working closely with PM, I contributed to the PRD and established efficient user flows that align with CLARA's DEI-centered hiring mission while balancing technical constraints with business requirements.
